Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of one parcel totaling 0.45� acres of land in Syracuse, New York. The Property is improved with three interconnected slab-on grade single story buildings totaling approximately 12,000 square feet (ft). At the time of the site visit the Property was utilized for metal coating, office space, shipping and receiving. The Property is located in a predominantly commercial/industrial neighborhood.
The Property was developed in 1892 with residential dwellings. The current metal framed building was constructed in the early 1950s and is used as office space and as a paint warehouse. The northernmost concrete block building was constructed in the late 1950s/1960s and is used for spray painting, and the concrete block shipping and receiving building was constructed in 1985. The current owner, Anthony River, Inc., has reportedly operated at the Property since 1974 and operations have remained relatively similar since that time.
