Additional Property Attributes

At the time of this assessment, the Property consisted entirely of vacant land. An unimproved roadway traverses the Property from north to south, generally along the eastern Property boundary. A gravel cul-de-sac is located on the southern portion of the Property (Lamotte Drive), and a second unimproved roadway traverses the southern portion of the Property from east to west, leading to the airport on the adjacent Property to the west. Sanitary sewer marking was observed along this southern unimproved road.
