Additional Property Attributes

Hospital facility built circa 1925. In use as Pulaski Hospital 1927-1973. Addition completed in 1973. Operated as a nursing home known as Randolph House until 2004; vacant from 2004 to present. Currently owned by West Street Properties LLC. RECs include: a petroleum AST present on the property; a potential UST vent pipe identified and likely hydraulic fluid observed in vicinity of one elevators equipment. Four elevators on-site; operational equipment for two elevators observed during site reconnaissance. Interviews with former owner representative indicate two additional elevators may have hydraulic leaks. Potential coal residue and heating oil impacts related to use of boilers on-site. One potential UST present near a boiler room. Mold, ACM, and LBP identified in buildings.
