Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Prior to its 1942 purchase by the DOD, the land that became the Pratt Army Airfield was already occupied by a small airfield. The land also had several farmsteads, a schoolhouse, and a series of roads. The remainder of the land was used for agricultural purposes and had been well-maintained by farmers.
