Additional Property Attributes

The former Clark gas station at this site operated from 1935 through 1999. It was later converted to a Mini-Mart but is now vacant. May be a suitable site for future redevelopment.
Ph I Findings: Potential for 2 USTs from 1935 thru 50 era; 1968-era tanks removed (LUST incident, resolved w NFA); potential dry cleaning chemicals from site to NE.
Recommendations: Ground Penetrating Radar & electromagnetic survey; ltd sub- surface investigation
