Additional Property Attributes

This project involves two parcels. The first parcel (673-06-016) was an auto sales facility, now in disuse. The buildings all now stand vacant and severely deteriorated. From 1960 to 2005, the second parcel (673-06-074) housed an auto repair shop, and also, for several years (at least1986-1994), a custom cabinet business. There was also a paint operation. The city will determine if site is suitable for redevelopment. Ph I Findings: Potential for 2 USTs, hydraulic lift, oil/water separators; automotive chemicals, voc's fr dry cleaning & gas station (adjoining properties) Recommendation: Ground Penetrating Radar & electromagnetic survey; ltd Ph II sub- surface investigation
