Additional Property Attributes

The car wash at this location is vacant and abandoned. The historical
record shows the site was also once a gas station (from 1949 to 1954). This site was identified in the Brownfield
Inventory conducted earlier this year with funds provided by the US EPA Brownfields Grant; it
is particularly important because it borders the proposed Noble Rd. Cold Storage development
at 1705 Noble Rd. and could ultimately become part of that project.
Ph I Findings: Potential wash water treatment system, petroleum products, VOCs & metals, air compressor blow-down; plastic-manufacture byproducts. Potential releases from adjoining/nearby gas station, dry-cleaner, towmotor manufacturing and photo developing operation.
Recommendation: Ltd. Ph II sub-surface investigation
