Additional Property Attributes

The property located at 9844 West Florissant Avenue in Dellwood, St. Louis County, Missouri was previously occupied by Fashions R Boutique. Located on an 0.55 acre property, the property is a primarily paved vacant lot with no structures. The Urban League of St. Louis requested assistance from EPA Region 7 under the TBA program to assess current environmental conditions at the subject property. As part of the assessment, a Phase II ESA was performed on the property in August 2021. After completion of the Phase II ESA, an updated Phase I ESA was conducted on the property in October 2021. The current owner of the property, Urban League of St. Louis, is interested in developing the property with a commercial building (Urban League Plaza).
