Additional Property Attributes

The property located at 9846 West Florissant Avenue in Dellwood, St. Louis County, Missouri was previously occupied by Advanced Auto Parts, which was reported to have previously burned down. Located on an 0.93 acre property, the property is a primarily paved vacant lot with no structures. The Urban League of St. Louis requested assistance from EPA Region 7 under the TBA program to assess current environmental conditions at the subject property. As part of the assessment, a Phase II ESA was performed on the property in August 2021. After completion of the Phase II ESA, an updated Phase I ESA was conducted on the property in October 2021. The current owner of the property, Urban League of St. Louis, is interested in developing the property with a commercial building (Urban League Plaza).
