Additional Property Attributes

This site in Cleveland's Asia Town consists of 6 vacant parcels and 2 parcels with unused structures (a former hydraulic jack repair facility); a dry cleaner once operated on the now vacant lots.
Ph I Findings for structures: On-site: potential hazardous and/or petroleum products used in hydraulic jack repair, including paint. Oil/water separator and UST may remain. Findings for vacant lots: On-site: potential releases of dry-cleaning solvents and petroleum products from historic cleaning operations. Off-site for all addresses: potential contamination from hydraulically crossgradient intrusions from pump & textile manufacturing, printing, rubber vulcanizing/machine shop and auto repair operations on neighboring properties.
Recommendations: Limited Ph II subsurface investigation of potential chemical contamination; limited GPR and EM survey to determine if USTs remain. Limited subsurface investigation to determine if oil/water separator, inactive USTs (if any) have impacted property. If improperly abandoned USTs or O/W separator remain, remove in accordance with regulations.
