Additional Property Attributes

During August 2020, environmental consultant (Partners Environmental) conducted initial Ph I research, but the owner did not grant access and the project was not completed. This site consists of a .66 acre vacant lot and a .53 acre parcel with a 1960s structure still standing. The two parcels have been jointly owned since 2004. The vacant lot has been unused since at least 1993. The building is currently in use as a dog day care center. The structure has been used in the past for commercial enterprises, a 1950s machine shop, a body shop and a painting operation.
