Additional Property Attributes

Vacant industrial building with a historic use as commercial storefronts and printing and textile manufacturing operations.
Ph I Findings: On-site: potential contamination from heavy metals & solvents used in printing and textile manufacturing processes. Off-site: auto repair and pump manufacturing, as well as textile manufacturing and printing operations from adjoining sites to west ( hydraulically cross gradient) could have contaminated site. Also potential contamination from hydraulically upgradient air filter cleaning operation.
Recommendation: Limited Ph II subsurface investigation to determine impact, if any, from on-site operations or neighboring properties.
