The Property totals 14.05 acres and is improved with three (3) industrial flex buildings constructed in 1986. The Property is currently owned by Weikel Air Park LTD, who has owned the Property since construction of the three (3) buildings in 1986. The Property has been occupied by various industrial tenants dating back to 1986, and is currently occupied by an automotive and marine repair tenant, a dental product research/distribution tenant, and a tool rental tenant. No previous environmental assessments of the Property have been identified. The owners currently have the Property under contract for sale, and the Phase I ESA will assist the new owners in developing a plan to expand the existing development and provide new operations that will create new job opportunities in Carson City and generate tax revenues to support and expand community services.
