Additional Property Attributes

Property owner was connected to our program by recommendation from his Neighborhood Prosperity Initiative for assistance with a Phase I ESA. Due to unforeseen personal and financial circumstances, the property owner requested work on the Phase I be paused. This work may continue, but it will be beyond the life of this grant. Since the Phase I was not completed, conditions at the site remain unknown.
