Additional Property Attributes

There is an aging single family home on site with a large open yard that had previous agricultural use and release from a former heating oil tank. Local affordable housing non-profit, Sabin CDC currently owns and manages the property. They are seeking to redevelop as part of an effort to replace and update their aging and limited housing stock to better meet community need. The site will be redeveloped into 12 units of modern, family-oriented affordable housing with adjoining services.
