Additional Property Attributes

This project is part of a larger Neighborhood Improvement Project lead by Portland Bureau of Transportation designed to improve access and quality of infrastructure resources in marginalized neighborhoods. These properties are currently being purchased by the City of Portland for use in a street connection and improvement project that will increase connectivity and transportation access and will include paved sidewalks with ADA accommodations, green infrastructure, and a sustainability focus. The aim of the project is to increase transportation access- driving, biking, and walking in the area, improving the quality of life for its residents.
