Additional Property Attributes

The subject property located at 6305 Natural Bridge Road in Pine Lawn, Missouri encompasses approximately 0.6 acre. Currently, the subject property structure is vacant. Historical documentation indicates that the subject property was first developed in the 1930s as a commercial property and hosted a filling station from at least as early as 1931 to 1980 as well as an auto repair shop from at least as early as 1931 to 1965. The occupant of the subject property conducted boat sales and service operations from 1975 until abandonment of the property in 2001.
