The 3 parcels comprising this site (now a vacant lot) housed various industrial enterprises (including windshield manufacture, plating, machining, auto repair and painting). Ph I Findings: On-site: potential contamination from multiple former uses (hazardous substances and/or petroleum products, solvents & hazardous wastes, plus possible PCBs from elevators) Off-site: potential contamination from hydraulically cross-gradient sites to east and west; also potential petroleum and hazard substances contamination released from site to south.
