Additional Property Attributes

The subject property was initially developed prior to 1929 as agricultural and vacant land. A mobile home park was constructed on the northern and central portions between 1970 and 1976. Two residential structures were constructed in the southeastern portion between 1976 and 1983. The previous structures were demolished/removed between 1983 and 1985 and the property redeveloped with the current shopping center in 1985. The shopping center was occupied by a Walmart (with no automotive service operations) from construction to 2017. Other occupants of the shopping center have included a grocery store, retail stores, restaurants and offices. Due to a lack of city directory listings, PM was unable to determine occupancy of the shopping center from 1985 to 2000. Based on interviews with municipal personnel, no historical tenants of environmental concern were identified.
