Additional Property Attributes

Former gas station adjacent to a motel. The property has reportedly been vacant since the mid-1980s. A review of Virginia Department of Environmental Quality files determined that previous assessment and remediation activities determined all sources of known petroleum had been removed and recommended no additional action.
