Additional Property Attributes

The Property has been owned by the current owner, Horse Creek, LLC since February of 2021. The Property is currently vacant land and has existed as vacant land dating back to at least the 1950s. The Property is located adjacent to the Carson City Airport and a golf course. The property is approximately 12.41-acres. The current owner is planning to construct a 170,000-square foot industrial flex building at the site. The NNDA would like to assist the owner in this development. Having a Phase I for the Property would help NNDA in working with new businesses and hopefully getting them to locate to this site.
