Additional Property Attributes

The Property is described as: Sect 26-T12N-R3W Qtr NW, SUMMIT HEIGHTS SUB Block 003 LOTS 4 & 5. The Property is comprised of one parcel of land (0.14 ac). Sanitary sewer and potable water is supplied by the City of Oklahoma City. The property is relatively flat and slopes gently to the north-northeast. The Property elevation is approximately 1,238 feet above mean sea level (MSL). The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The Property's geology consists of the Paleozoic era Permian system bedrock. Soils at the Property are primarily classified as Urban land; and State regulatory agency records indicate no current or historic underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally significant features have been located on the Property.
According to historical sources, the Property was used as a residence from at least 1920 until 1934. The Property transitioned to commercial use in at least 1935. Listed at the Property has
been several restaurants, presumed office space for various types of companies, a hotel, a clothing manufacturer, and offices for a religious institution.
