Additional Property Attributes

The subject property consists of two contiguous parcels of land totaling approximately 21.84 acres. The property is currently undeveloped and wooded land used as a dirt pit. An unpaved driveway for an adjoining residence is located on the northeast portion of the property and unpaved driveways for entering the dirt pit are located on the east and southeast portions. Historical aerial photographs and topographic maps indicate that the subject property was pasture and wooded land from at least 1941 to at least the late 1950s. According to the owner of the subject property for the past 15 years, Mr. Darrell Steward, the property has been used as a dirt pit for around 20 years. He stated the property was used as a dirt bike track for 40 to 50 years prior to being used as a dirt or clay pit.
