Additional Property Attributes

The Property is currently developed for commercial use. The Property is currently improved with a single-story office building totaling approximately 4,896-square feet (SF). The Property was owned by the Clemmensen Family Trust 3/11/87 at the time of the Phase I ESA. The building was vacant at the time of the Phase I ESA and had formerly been used for commercial purposes (medical offices). The property sold following the Phase I ESA. The future property use is not known.
