Additional Property Attributes

Historical review indicates a dry cleaner occupied the south portion of the site building from at least 1952 to 1968. During the site inspection two cut-off pipes were observed in the north basement wall, and a review of historical street view photographs on Google Maps? indicates a vent pipe possibly associated with a storage tank was formerly present along the north side of the building. Geophysical survey did not identify any existing steel tank north of basement wall.
