Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property is located at 201 Webber Street, The Dalles, Oregon 97058 and consists of approximately 7.3 acres of undeveloped land. The Subject Property is referred to as NORCOR, which represents Northern Oregon Corrections and is the current owner of the Subject Property. The Subject Property is comprised of the northern portion of a single 17.66-acre tax parcel (2N 13E 33 500) zoned industrial. The southern portion of the tax parcel that adjoins the Subject Property contains a NORCOR juvenile detention facility, a warehouse, and a mini storage facility.
