Additional Property Attributes

The Property is comprised of one assessor parcel, described as follows: R025002940 - Jordan Place Addition; Subdivision of Lot 1, Block 3; Block 2, Lots 7 & 8. The Property is comprised of one vacant residential parcel, totaling 0.16 acres. Sanitary sewer and potable water is presumed to be supplied by the City of Oklahoma City; The Property parcel is relatively flat, and slopes gently to the southeast; The Property elevation is approximately 1,195 feet above mean sea level (MSL); The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA); The Property's geology consist of the Paleozoic era Permian system bedrock; Soils at the Property are primarily classified as the Teller-Urban land complex, fine sandy loam; State regulatory agency records indicate no current or historic underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally significant features have been located on the Property; and According to historical sources, the Property has been vacant since approximately 2004. Prior to that, the Property was residentially developed as far back as at least 1922.
