Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property consists of two tax parcels totaling 0.06 acres. The Subject Property is owned by Claudia Leash. The northern tax parcel (1N13E3BD4200) is 100% occupied by a two-story building with a basement constructed in 1890. The southern tax parcel (1N13E3BD04300) is 100% occupied by a two story building constructed prior to 1926. The parcel is zoned Central Business Commercial (C-H).
