Additional Property Attributes

Past Use: Dry Cleaning Facility The Phase I report revealed that the Dry Cleaning Facility was only used as a drop-off center and did not contain any dry cleaning equipment, chemicals, or traces of these materials. The REC states that the adjacent site has a history of a fueling station on site. A previous Phase II assessment of the adjacent site included groundwater testing and found no contaminants in the groundwater samples taken from the area closest to this site.
An asbestos survey revealed ACM in vinyl flooring that will need to be abated before redevelopment. Once cleaned up, this site will be part of a new full-service health clinic in an underserved area that has not had a clinic in over 10 years.
