Additional Property Attributes

The 12 Tribes Casino Offices building formerly served as office spaces for the Coulee Dam casino owned and operated by the Colville Tribes Federal Corporation. The building is now vacant and in poor condition. The tribe would like to demolish this building, and other surrounding buildings, to create new parking spaces for the nearby casino.
