Additional Property Attributes

The site consists of five former residential lots that currently consists of vacant land, scheduled for future low income housing. Due to the historical residences located on each lot dating back to the 1940s and 1950s, the potential for lead impacted shallow soils from the historical residences and potential use of lead-based paints constitutes a REC to the site.
