Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of approximately 0.38 acres of land, occupied by a 10,242 square-foot, three-story building. The remainder of the Property consisted of paved parking and landscaped areas.The area to the north consisted of a city park, the area to the east consisted of the Huron River and commercial developments adjoined the Property to the south and west. West Michigan Avenue adjoined the Property to the south.
