Additional Property Attributes

The Property existed as undeveloped desert land dating back to at least 1953 until construction of the existing building in 2008. The Property is improved with one (1) commercial building totaling approximately 3,612-square feet and reportedly constructed in 2008. The building was constructed as a mini-mart/convenience store and operated as the Bently Biofuels Outpost and Meat Market until approximately 2018. Ancillary structures are located on the east side of the site including three (3) shipping containers used for storage and an outdoor freezer. The interior of the structure is laid out as a convenience store/meat market, with a retail counter, coolers, a butcher shop area, and various storage and mechanical closets. The Property is owned by Bently Biofuels Company.
