Additional Property Attributes

The Site is part of a community recreation area and contains a building. The builidng was built offsite in 1910 and in the 1970's the building was relocated to the Site. The building was used as a church and then a community center. The building is currently unoccupied. Sampling found ACM, LBP, and mold in the building. PCB and mercury-containing building components were observed in the building. Three of four soil samples detected lead above residential and commercial EPA RSLs and an exceedance in residential and commercial lead in soil exposure limits per MDEQ. Supplemental sampling was conducted to evaluate the potential for the lead in soil to leach to groundwater per Montana DEQ guidance and asbestos sampling of the shed which wasn't included in the initial Phase II ESA. An ABCA was prepared and will be published sometime in 2025. Redevelopment activities include the development of a skate park and a pump track. The construction of a pavilion is planned for summer 2025.
