Additional Property Attributes

This site was formerly in DEQ's Voluntary Cleanup Program. It moved to DEQ's Brownfields Certificate Program in 2023. The site formerly had two cooling ponds for a power plant and two aboveground storage tanks (ASTs) onsite. This is where they think the chlorinated solvent contamination in groundwater likely came from. The site has PCE, TCE, and cis-1,2-DCE in groundwater. This property is going to stay in VCP and not moving to the Brownfields Certificate Program. We are helping them with a phase II, but we don't have anything to enter for this phase II yet because it's tied up in our procurement department currently.
