Additional Property Attributes

Northern Parcel: Standard and other historical resources were able to document that the property was vacant land until construction of the northern building in 1932. The northern building was constructed as an automotive service garage. The eastern building was constructed in the 1940s and was originally an automotive dealership. The property later operated as an axle shop (exact date unknown); automotive sales operation from at least 1979 to 1984 and 1995; and a power train and machine repair operation from at least 2008 to between 2008 and 2016. The building has been used by the current property owner for storage and personal projects since 2016.

Southern Parcel: Standard and other historical resources were able to document that the property was vacant land until construction of a structure between 1920 and 1935. The building was demolished between 1971 and 1976 and the property has remained vacant land and a parking lot since that time. Due to a lack of available historical records, PM was unable to determine occupancy of the southern parcel building from construction until demolition.

Based on the analytical results, the following Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) were identified:
- Gray Sliding Bay Door Panels located in the garage/shop loft - 100 square feet
- Roof Tar with Silver Paint between metal roof and building - 30 square feet
