Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property was developed with a mill in 1837. The mill burned in 2014. The mill had stored a printing press, large quantities of dye, washing machines, lawn mowers, and three or four old cars at the time of the fire. An investigation regarding releases associated with the fire was not completed. The residual debris including the concrete foundations were excavated and disposed at a landfill, and the sub-grade portion of the building footprint backfilled with sand, topsoil, and grass-seeded in 2019. At the time of the reconnaissance the Subject Property was grassed, vacant land.
Based on the Phase I ESA findings, the following recognized environmental condition was identified in connection with the Subject Property:
* Potential for soil contamination associated with the structure fire on the Subject Property.
