Additional Property Attributes

Based on a review of historical information, the Subject Property appears to have
existed with limited cattle/agricultural developments dating back to at least 1954 to at
least 1977, when the existing industrial mill structure is depicted on the Subject
Property. The small scale-shed is depicted on the northeastern portion of the Subject
Property beginning in 2006. The Subject Property was occupied with an alfalfa pellet
mill from at least the 1970s to the early 2000s, according to the current owner. The
Subject Property was vacant before the current owner purchased the Subject Property
in 2015. From 2015 to 2020, the Subject Property was used as a soy production plant.
No tenants of environmental significance were identified in the records reviewed. The
Subject Property has been vacant and used for storage since at least 2020.
