Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Subject Property consisted of approximately 93.1 acres of land developed along the western boundary with a dwelling, a mobile home trailer, and other outbuildings. The remainder of the property was either wooded or agricultural land. A high-tension power line running northwest-southeast crossed the northeastern quarter of the Subject Property. This assessment has revealed the following recognized environmental conditions in connection with the Subject Property: the potential for contamination as a result of unknown releases from the UST, the potential for contamination as a result of unknown releases in the barn associated with an area of observed dark staining and the potential for contamination as a result of the use of the burn barrel.
The following vapor encroachment conditions (VECs) and/or emerging contaminant concerns were identified at the Subject Property: the potential for release of contamination associated with the use of the UST located south of the dwelling.
It is the EP's opinion that further investigation is warranted.
