The Property is described as: Section 33-12N-R3W Qtr SW, Main Street Addition 000 000 ALL THE AREA LYING W OF WALKER & EAST OF SHARTEL LYING BETWEEN BLKS 7 THRU 9 BENNET & GERSON ADDN & BLKS 4 & 12 IN MAIN STREET ADDN AKA MUNICIPAL CENTER; The Property is comprised of a smaller portion (0.52-acres) of one parcel of land (12.09-ac); Sanitary sewer and potable water is supplied by the City of Oklahoma City; The Property is relatively flat, and slopes gently to the south; The Property elevation is approximately 1,201 feet above mean sea level (MSL); The Property is currently defined as being outside the 500-year floodplain by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA); The Property's geology consist of the Paleozoic era Permian system bedrock; Soils at the Property are primarily classified as Urban land; and State regulatory agency records indicate no current or historic underground storage tanks (USTs), aboveground storage tanks (ASTs), water wells, groundwater monitoring wells, or other environmentally significant features have been located on the Property; and According to historical sources, the Property was developed with the police headquarters and jail building in approximately 1936. Prior to that, the Property was developed with railroad lines.
