Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property was originally developed with a two-story dwelling since at least 1884. The Subject Property was then operated as a millinery and jewelry store. The current building was believed to have been constructed between 1906 and 1911 where it became a split 3-story/4-story building. The western portion of the Subject Property featured an auto-garage from at least 1923 until at least 1961. The auto-garage was likely demolished between 1961 and 1982. Other documented uses of the Subject Property include a music shop, a clothing shop, a furniture store, residential apartments, a physician's office, a bookstore, a yarn shop, a photographer's shop, a tanning salon, a pizzeria, a piercing studio, a lawyer's office, a computer repair shop, and a graphic design shop.
