Additional Property Attributes

The 16.28-acre Subject Property is identified by Wasco County as Tax Lot No. 2N 13E 29 C 100 and is owned by the North Wasco County School District #21 (School District). The Subject Property is occupied by a vacant former middle school building with an auxiliary gymnasium that is still in use for recreational activities by the School District. The balance of the Subject Property is occupied by athletic fields and a parking lot maintained by the School District.
The Subject Property was first developed in 1955 as the Chenoweth Middle School. An auxiliary gymnasium was constructed adjacent to the west of the school building in the early 1990s. At the time of the Phase I ESA reconnaissance, the Subject Property buildings did not appear to be in use, but it is Stantec's understanding that the auxiliary gymnasium is still used by the School District for recreational activities.
No RECs were identified through the Phase I ESA.
Asbestos and lead paint were identified through the Regulated Building Materials Survey.
