Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property appeared to be vacant and/or undeveloped land until its development between the years of 1953 and 1963. Historical uses of the Subject Property have included a caf�post office, and general store. Fueling operations reportedly occurred at the Subject Property until the late 1980s, when it was reported that an underground storage tank (UST) was removed.
The Phase I ESA found that a 550-gallon AST system operated on the Subject Property for a period of 10 or more years, and no soil sampling has been performed to evaluate the system for a release. The potential for an undocumented release in connection with historical AST fueling operations at the Subject Property constitutes a REC.
