Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property consists of approximately 7.36 acres of land (Wasco County Map Taxlot No. 2N13E33C1701) developed with seven buildings. The balance of the Subject Property is largely gravel-covered, except for a former residential lot located in the west corner of the Subject Property where a dirt surface is present. The Subject Property is owned by Wasco County and is used only marginally for storage and vehicle parking.
A heating oil tank was formerly located near the northwest corner of the shop. The UST was decommissioned sometime prior to 1992. No soil sampling information related to this UST has been identified. The former presence of a UST with no associated sampling information is considered a REC for the Subject Property.
