Additional Property Attributes

This parcel was acquired by LRA via tax suit #154 on July 7, 2011. It measures approximately 130 x 124 feet. It is zoned F- Neighborhood Commercial and is located in the 9th Ward. The site housed several commercial buildings and a residential dwelling between 1909 and 1950. A filling station was in existence from 1968 through 1985. The onsite building was demolished in 1988, and six underground storage tanks were removed in May 2002, under oversight by the Department's Underground Storage Tank Section. The site number was ST6120, and the release number R7539. The site was granted "No Further Action" status for the tanks on March 11, 2003.
