Additional Property Attributes

This site was acquired by LRA via Tax suit #30 on January 14, 1980. It is zoned F - Neighborhood Commercial, and is located in the 4th Ward. The site contained a commercial building in 1909, and a filling station with two fuel tanks from at least 1935 to 1951. The property has been vacant since at least 1988. A gas station, with two underground storage tanks, was located on the site from at least 1935 to 1951. There are no records indicating that the tanks were ever removed. A gas station was located on the property adjacent to the southwest of the property. There are no records regarding the tanks at this site. Lead concentrations in the subsurface soil exceed the Department's default target levels, but are consistent with normal background levels for the area. No further investigation is necessary.
