Additional Property Attributes

This site was acquired by LRA for CDA and Operation Impact on June 14, 2000. It is also known as 3713 N. Euclid. It is zoned A - Single Family Residential and is located in the 1st Ward. The property contained residential buildings in the early 1900s, then a filling station with three tanks from 1930 to 1965. It has been vacant since at least 1975. The site was a gas station, with three underground storage tanks, from at least 1930 to 1965. There are no records that the tanks have ever been removed. A drycleaner, printing business, and filling and service station were located on the adjacent property to the east. Levels of lead in the surficial soil exceed the Department's default target level (DTL), but not the Tier I Risk-Based Target Level (RBTL), for residential land use. Concentrations of naphthalene and lead in the subsurface soil exceed the DTLs, but not the residential RBTLs. Subsurface soil concentrations of Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons - Gasoline Range Organics (TPH-GRO) exceed the residential RBTL for the indoor air inhalation pathway. Concentrations of naphthalene and lead in the groundwater exceed the DTLs, but not the residential RBTLs. As concentrations of TPH-GRO in the soil exceed the residential RBTLs, further investigation is warranted..
