Additional Property Attributes

Historically, a portion of the property has been used as a cleaners. Two buildings remain on site; one small building and one small house consisting of approximately 1,700 square feet. One structure is in usable condition and the other structure is in poor condition.

The following RECs were identified on the property:
-Fill Materials on the Andrews Parcel
-Areas of solid waste dumping located throughout the subject site
-Southwestern Jefferson County Mining site
-Two UST facilities located within the ASTM-prescribed minimum search distance
-Seven historic auto stations listings and One historic cleaners listing within the ASTM-prescribed minimum search distance
-Former presence of a leaking drum on the Becker Parcel

Soil samples were collected from the site. VOCs, PAHS, and lead were detected, but all detections were below Missouri's lowest target levels, the Default Target Level, or below background for the area. Due to site conditions, only one water sample was obtained, and nothing was detected in it. Transite siding, various calks, and floor tiles were found to contain ACM. ACM should be properly removed from the residence if demolition is planned.
