Additional Property Attributes

This 132-acre site is surrounded on three sides by industrial development. Numerous business projects have looked at this location for industrial development, but the lack of certainty about potential contamination has been detrimental to the site's development. Because of the ongoing expansion of the nearby General Motors Assembly Plant, the goal of the Economic Development Center of St. Charles County is to market this property as an ideal location for automotive parts suppliers and related industrials. No RECs were identified at the site. No further investigation is recommended.
