Additional Property Attributes

Historically, the site was a car dealership, AST fuel farm, and feed store. There is one commercial building and one warehouse located on the property. They are in partially useable condition and are approximately 9,360 square-feet in size. The site formerly had ASTs, but they have been removed. The property adjoins a city park and the City of Perryville is considering purchasing the property to use as a warehouse and maintenance facility. The following RECs were identified: -Historical Above Ground Storage Tanks (ASTs) removed from the property; -Staining on the floor of both buildings; -Possible Underground Storage Tank (UST) present on or removed from the site; -Possible Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) and Lead Based Paint (LBP) found within the office on the site.
